REFUND & RETURN
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of MakeYouDope (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of MakeYouDope.
4. Unauthorized charges made to your bank account.
* You can submit refund requests within 30 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
- Email to customer service : firstname.lastname@example.org including:
* order number, the question you want to solve together with picture of product if necessary
* a photo of barcode on the plastic bag
- Get autorization from Customer Service
- Get coupon or refund
* Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return.
- Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
- Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.
- Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
- As to bikinis, we only accept returning whole set of bikinis,both top and bottom, not one part.
- If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable or exchangeable, only the part of the payment that’s exceeding the coupon value can be refundable.
- As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account — credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take longer time to arrive.
